This 4800 sq. ft. 5 bed, 4 bath home has lots of space and amazing views! Main level has a bedroom and 2 full baths, open great room/kitchen/dining area and large deck with gas grill. Upper level has 2 bedrooms, full bath and loft with couch and TV. Lower level has 2 more bedrooms, full bath, and game room with foosball, pool table and bar area. The house sleeps 18 with 5 queen beds, 3 twin bunk beds, and 1 pullout couch. Hot tub is off lower patio.
Just 1 mile to ski slopes and 2 blocks to snowmobile/ATV trails.
For an additional fee there is an apartment above the garage to give your group even more room to spread out. Apartment sleeps 4 with 1 queen bed and 1 full size futon. Just 8 miles from Deadwood. Next to Grand View Lodge if you need 2 large homes for your group!
**AWD/4WD is necessary if it snows before or during your stay. *RVs/Tents not allowed

The location of the cabin gives the view from the main areas of the home a breathtaking vantage point across the Black Hills. This is reason enough to stay here. The cleaning crew could be better however we had excellent communication with the manager throughout our stay and they were understanding and cared mainly about our group enjoying our time there. Already starting to plan a return trip!

Everything went smoothly from booking our dates, putting down our deposit, to final payment, to insurance and finally the location information and lockbox code. Anne was very easy to work with.

Our evening meals and then the time when we're all together - and in this location we had plenty of room when we were all together. Just a special, special time for us to spend with our daughters and their families. Our time together is even more precious since we lost a 16 year old grandson 2 years ago.
Over the years our policy is that everyone can do whatever activities they would like to do during the day but everyone needs to be back to the rental home for the evening meal and to spend the evening together.
My husband and I cover the cost of the rental and our 3 daughters and their husbands take turns providing the evening meals and they all cover the cost of the food. It's worked out super great for our family.
